VRP PROM // VENDOR REGISTRATION

Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a vendor for our 1st Annual VRP Prom // Enchanted Wonderland! Please take the time to read through the information below and if you would like to book your spot as a vendor, please take a moment to send over your payment and fill out the form below. Thank you again and we hope to see you there!!

We are selling 150 tickets to our prom and anticipate a sell-out based on the feedback we have received on the event so far! We are looking to fill 10-15 vendor spaces for the shopping area of our prom. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables (4ft limit). A chair will be provided to all vendors and refreshments are available as well. Vendor shopping will be from 7PM - 9PM. After that, you are welcome to join the party from 9PM to 10PM with the rest of our guests!! Dance the night away! Vendor spots are for a single person and a guest spot may be purchased for an additional fee. (If you bring a guest, you may both rotate the event while one works & one parties / switch, etc. However, tables may not be left unattended.)

swag bag fillers

Each attendant at our prom will receive a loaded swag bag, packed with goodies! If you are interested in dropping your business information in them or a sample, please fill out the form below and submit payment. The cost is $50.00 if you are only providing paper materials and $30.00 if you are providing samples or products. All 150 bags must be filled. Items must be shipped directly to VRP at 3213 Clay Street Hopewell VA 23860 Attn: VRP Team by July 1st, 2017 to be included in the bags. Flyers, business cards, pens, magnets, samples and products are just some ideas of what to send however, feel free to get creative and put together anything you wish to include!
